Luau Party, Divine Mercy and May events

Dear Friends and kababayans,

Rejoice, Christ is Risen! Alleluia!

Would you believe that at Holy Trinity Parish, we had 71 neophytes who were baptized and/or received the Holy Eucharist for the first time. It was a very moving experience for all who attended the Easter Vigil Mass. May we welcome and support all the neophytes in our parishes and let us continue to pray for them. Like us, may they spread the good news of our loving God to others so together, we may give praise and glory to our Risen Christ.

Two of Jesus disciples on their way to Emmaus recognized the Lord in the breaking of the bread. May we encounter the Risen Christ in our lives during this Easter Season so we can know the immense love and mercy reserve for us. At Our Lady of Sorrows Church, we will celebrate the Feast of the Divine Mercy. Four of our Filipino Priests will hear confessions. Fr. Henry Rufo and Fr. Denish Ilogon speak Cebuano while Fr. Cary Reniva and Fr. Rally Bien speak Bicolano. In addition to their own dialects, all of them speak Tagalog and English. We invite you at 2PM, this coming Sunday, May 1st . May you take this opportunity to receive the healing power of God’s forgiveness during the Divine Mercy Sunday. Bring your family members and friends especially the elderly who are comfortable in speaking their native languages.
