The Philippine consulate personnel will be in Portland on October 2 and 3 (Friday and Saturday) to assist with passports, dual citizenship, authentication of legal documents, and other consulate matters. Location will be Emmanuel/Hope of Glory Wesleyan Church, corner SE Division and SE 89th.
