2011 FPACC Convention planning meeting

Greetings,

In case you have not heard I’m very proud to announce that the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) has successfully won the bid to host the 2011 Bi-National Federation of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Convention (FPACC). As this process moves forward and we begin the planning process I wanted to extend an invitation to all the friends of the chamber, our members, board of directors and other local chamber of commerce’s to participate in the planning.

This meeting request is being set with very short notice and I understand if you aren’t able to attend but I believe that inviting all of you to participate in the planning process will help guarantee a great convention that is tailored to the needs of all Oregonian and encourages local participation from the members of our community.

We are actively recruiting folks that would like to get involved so please share this with anyone that you might think would be interested.

Please RSVP!

Thanks,

Jason Lim

FPACC (Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce) a national organization headquartered in California and boasting a national network with 42 chapters and over 5,000 companies is planning to have their convention here in Portland. The event is expected to draw a lot of visitors from out of state and from the Philippines, and help generate revenue for tourism here in Oregon. We are also working with the Travel Portland for this event.
